Finance Administrator

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking to make a real difference? Join Autism & Neurodiversity North Scotland (A-ND), a forward-thinking charity dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals across North Scotland.
Due to our current post holder moving to a private sector role, we are seeking someone who is passionate, skilled, and ready to grow with us. This role is vital to the smooth financial running of A-ND and supporting our ongoing growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales and purchase invoicing, credit control, payroll, and expenses.

Work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to provide financial insights and reports.

Liaise with external accountants, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensure smooth financial operations using Xero (experience with Xero is essential).

Highlands (Dingwall) - Team Leader
Location: 9-10 Bridgend Business Park, Bridgend Road, Dingwall, IV15 9SL
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) or Part-Time Considered. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends between 6 AM & midnight.
Salary: £26,380 - £28,507 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

Autism & Neurodiversity North Scotland (A-ND) is seeking a motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the Highlands. This pivotal role involves supervising and delivering direct support to autistic and neurodivergent children and adults, contributing significantly to the management and future shaping of our services.
Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of Support Workers.

Deliver direct support with a 40/60 split role between management and direct service.

Coordinate high-quality operational activities in line with strategic objectives.
-
Represent A-ND and its services professionally to stakeholders and partners.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, national care standards, and legislation.
Requirements:

Essential: SVQ 3 in Children and Young People or Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or willingness to achieve). Valid driving license.

Desirable: SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care or Leadership, Autism-specific qualifications, and experience in Makaton, SCM, or PECS.

Strong leadership skills, excellent understanding of autism and neurodiversity, and effective team supervision capabilities.
