Overnight Respite Support Worker: A-ND Highlands
 

📍 Location: Main Office – Units 9-10 Bridgend Business Park, Dingwall, IV15 9SL. Overnight respite location – The Haven Suites

💼 Roles Available: Full 18 hour Overnight (sleeping only) 3pm - 9am

​

💰 Salary: Hourly rate between 7am-11pm - £13.45, flat rate during sleeping £107.6 or awakening hours (between 11pm-7am) £115.20 

​

The Role: To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support during overnight respite stays for neurodiverse individuals, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

💼 Roles Available: Both Full Time (37.5hrs) and Part Time contracts available - minimum hours required per shift 6-8hrs.

💰 Salary: £26,227.50 pro rata for Part Time

The Role: We are looking for Support Workers for Lizzy! Lizzy is a fun, friendly and active young woman, who has a love for music and to live independently in the community. She would like your support to develop independent living skills within her own home and pursue her hobbies, which include walking and visiting attractions in the local areas. Full training and shadowing provided before beginning role.
