John Butler & his colleagues at Global Maritime undertook Marcothon during the month of December 2022, committing to run 5km per day for the whole month of December. For every 1km ran by employees, Global Maritime committed to donating 10NOK (a Norwegian headquartered company).
Each participant of the event was able to nominate a charity, with John choosing A-ND & our charity being the name pulled out the hat!

John, & his son Ethan (he was the photographer), visited us yesterday at Carnie Drive, Aberdeen to hear a little more about what we do, meet some of our team (Shona & Janet) & see our playscheme resource while our kids were out on a trip, witnessing first-hand where the donation will be spent & the resources it will support us purchase for our playscheme.
