The CALM philosophy forms part of A-ND’s approach to managing & supporting behaviour, or communication, that challenges. This offers training in a step-by-step process for crisis prevention & intervention. The major objective of the CALM programme is to familiarise staff with ways of assisting & teaching ways to maintain self-control, regulate & to train staff to use proactive & strength based methods of support.
