Diversity & Inclusion in Context – Transitioning Your Workforce

Last night, A-ND CEO, Billy Alexander, was among a fantastic panel of speakers at the Energy Institute Young Professionals Network Aberdeen, Highlands & Islands Branch's Diversity & Inclusion in Context – Transitioning Your Workforce event in Aberdeen City Centre.

Exploring diversity and inclusion in the energy industry through the context of gender, ethnicity, and neurodiversity, the event was a chance for panelists to pass on their lived experiences and share how we all have a role to play in promoting diversity to create safe and inclusive working environments.

Alongside his fellow panelists, Billy shared his own professional and personal journey whilst promoting the importance of our services and outreach. Thanks to EIYPN for welcoming Billy onto the esteemed panel alongside some great company in Mavis Anagboso, Hisham Hamid (CEng), and Laura Fairley.
