Discussing how companies can create a neuro-inclusive culture to support productivity and acceptance, CEO Billy Alexander spoke with Energy Voice for Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2024.


Examining reasonable adjustments that employers can integrate to remove some of the challenges and hurdles neurodiverse workers face, Billy explores some specific measures to ensure our workplaces are open to everyone and our work being done in collaboration with Global E&C, Aker Solutions, Serica Energy plc, and Stork, a Fluor company.
